本文叙述了用近红外漫反射光谱法进行成鳗饲料中水份、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和纤维素的同时测定的研究,并对多元线性回归和主成份分析二种计算方法作了比较,结果是一致的、方法简便、快速、无前处理、无污染、运行成本低,可用于饲料生产的在线质量监控和大批量样品分析。
This paper describes the simultaneous determination of water, crude protein, crude fat and cellulose in eel feed by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and compares the two methods of multiple linear regression and principal component analysis. The results Is consistent, simple, fast, unprepared, non-polluting, low-cost and can be used for online quality control of feed production and high-volume sample analysis.
