60例中老年人前列腺疾病直肠腔内超声观察

采用直肠腔内超声检查60例中老年人前列腺，检出增生结节占40％，显著高于经腹部探查者（13％包括可疑结节），与10例青年人前列腺检查对照，表明前列腺疾病随年龄增长而上升，其中以61～70岁年龄组发病率最高。

Sixty cases of middle-aged and elderly prostate were examined by intra-rectal sonography. Forty percent of them were detected as hyperplastic nodules, which was significantly higher than that of those who underwent abdominal exploration (13% including suspicious nodules). Comparisons with 10 cases of prostate cancer in young people showed that prostate disease With age and rise, of which the highest incidence of 61 to 70 age group.
