根据水利电力部审查意见,万安水电站采用先围右河床进行主体建筑物施工的分期导流方案,并规定利用1981年冬至1983年两个枯水季先行施工位于河床中部的混凝土纵向围堰。混凝土纵向围堰由上纵、坝身、导墙及下纵组成,全长423米,混凝土量7.52万立米。1981年10月至1982年3月形成包上纵段的低水土石围堰(图1),浇筑上纵段1~10块混凝土;1982年10月至1983年形成包坝身、导墙及下纵段的低水土石围堰(图2),浇筑上纵段11~12块及坝身、导墙、下纵段混凝土。
According to the opinion of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, Wan’an Hydropower Station adopts the first-right river bed to carry out the staged diversion scheme for the construction of the main building and stipulates that the concrete longitudinal cofferdam located in the middle of the riverbed should be constructed by using the two dry seasons from 1981 to 1983.
