编者按:电费回收工作是供电企业营销管理最重要的环节之一。目前,基层供电企业不断扩展多元化收费方式、优化电费回收管理流程并加强各职能部门的沟通联系,为建立一套高效有序、安全可控的电费回收管理新机制而努力,经营栏目今年的第二期、第三期就曾做过“电费回收风险管控”的专题。本次专题共有六篇文章,分别从回收与管控的角度讲述了基层企业各自在电费管理方面的专业举措。其中,《电费回收“五个一”体系建设与实践》一文,从“五个一”的角度论述了怀远县供电公司在电费回收管控上体系建设的主要做法;《深化采集费控应用推广电费预付管理》一文,论述了安阳供电公司以电费预付缴纳方式为突破口,开展电费回收管理工作的举措,具有一定的代表意义。
