贵州益佰制药是一家成立于1995年的医药股份有限公司,发展至今已拥有三条符合国家药品监督管理局的GMP要求的生产线,员工人数民达到了近900人。自1998年开始的销售额每年翻番的增长速度,使益佰制药的年销售额迅速增长到了五个亿。按照管理学的观点,五个亿的销售额表明企业的发展已到了一个新阶段,这时必须及时推岀相应的管理措施与管理手段。益佰制药通过实施东软金算盘的分销资源计划系统(DRP),解决了因业务激增而带来进的销管理难题,在管理手段上实现了跨越式提升。
Guizhou Bai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a pharmaceutical company founded in 1995, so far it has three production lines that meet the GMP requirements of the State Drug Administration.
