传统的图书情报学把文献收藏与利用功能发展到了信息传播与服务的功能,然而忽视了知识功能的重要性。现代图书情报学则从文献层次向知识层次深化演进和发展。当人们从信息热向知识热转向时,对知识又有了新的认识,为知识共享和知识创新赋予了新的意义。只有做好对情报和文献资料开发和深层次的宣传工作,才能提高其利用率,提高其为社会服务的价值。提高读者对情报和文献资料的利用,从而实现学科馆员的价值。本文分析了如何加强文献资料的收集与服务工作的问题。
The traditional library and information science literature collection and utilization of functions developed to the function of information dissemination and service, but ignored the importance of knowledge function.
