The vast ocean is a mysterious situation. In seawater, electromagnetic waves decay very quickly and the light is easily absorbed or scattered. To achieve communication in such an environment has become an urgent issue to be solved today. After the unremitting efforts of scientists, a major breakthrough has now been made.
