公司1997年以来购买的100多辆斯太尔、红岩汽车大都装配WD615系列发动机,多年的维修实践使我们深深体会到,维修WD615系列发动机应该注意以下几个问题。1.要注意气缸体与曲轴箱结合面的密封工艺问题。与一般隧道式汽车发动机结构不同,WD615系列发动机的主轴承盖与曲轴箱铸为一体,曲轴箱与气缸体结合面在曲轴中心线剖开,用螺栓连接。这种结构的好处是:可用滑动轴承,噪声低,且刚度好,寿命长。由于加工工艺保证了2结合面有较高的平面度和表面粗糙度,装配时不需要用传统的纸垫,仅需要在曲轴箱与气缸体2结合面上涂上一层特定的密封胶即可。需要强调的是,为了保证密封等相关要求,要用维修手册规定的乐泰510密封胶,且涂胶工艺有以下要求:
