目前,我国高职院校的生源呈现出类型多样化、层次结构多元化的特点。高职学生的素质参差不齐,整体差异较大,是一个发展很不平衡、很不充分的群体。而高职院校女生在心理状况等方面又呈现出多样性和复杂性的特点。对她们的教育和管理方面出现了很多新问题,并越来越受到人们的重视。高职院校的导师是高职高专学生教育工作最直接最基础的实施者,是学生教育管理的重要依托,在高职院校教育管理中起着不可替代的作用。高职导师如何了解与管理女生成为一个值得思考的问题。
