目的:通过探讨小儿支原体感染的临床治疗方式,旨在为提高临床疗效提供理论依据。方法:选择2013年1月-2014年1月在我院接受治疗的小儿支原体感染82例,随机平均分成研究组和对照组,每组41例患者,对照组给与患者静脉注射红霉素,研究组给与患者静脉注射阿奇霉素,记录两组患者临床症状的消失时间、治疗的有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组患者咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间与对照组比较显著缩短,研究组患者治疗的总有效率为95.12%,不良反应发生率为9.76%,对照组分别为78.05%、26.83%,研究组显著优于对照组,且P<0.05差异显著有统计学意义。结论:小儿支原体感染可以通过阿奇霉素进行祛痰、平喘、消炎,能提高治疗的有效率降低不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。
Objective: To explore the clinical treatment of mycoplasma infection in children, aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving clinical efficacy. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2014, 82 children with mycoplasma infection treated in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group with 41 patients in each group. Patients in control group were given intravenous erythromycin, The study group given intravenous injection of azithromycin in patients, the two groups were recorded the disappearance of clinical symptoms, the treatment of the efficiency and adverse reactions. Results: The disappearance time of cough and the disappearance of pulmonary rales in study group were significantly shorter than those in control group. The total effective rate was 95.12% and the adverse reaction rate was 9.76% in the study group and 78.05% and 26.83 in the control group %, The study group was significantly better than the control group, and P <0.05 difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Mycoplasma infection in children can be expectorant, antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory by azithromycin, which can improve the efficiency of treatment and reduce adverse reactions, which is a safe and effective treatment.
