目的建立用QuEChERS试剂盒快速处理蔬菜样品,利用PFPD检测器测定蔬菜中25种有机磷的方法。方法样品粉碎用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS试剂盒净化处理后,利用气相色谱PFPD检测器检测。结果 25种有机磷农药分离良好,有很好的回收率,当添加浓度在0.05~1.0mg/kg时,回收率为70%~120%,相对标准偏差为4%~14%。结论方法准确,杂质干扰少,省工省时,操作简便适用于蔬菜中有机磷农药残留测定。
Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of 25 organophosphorus compounds in vegetables by using QuEChERS reagent kit and PFPD detector. Methods The sample was pulverized with acetonitrile and purified by a QuEChERS kit, then detected by gas chromatography PFPD detector. Results 25 organophosphorus pesticides were well separated and had good recoveries. The recoveries ranged from 70% to 120% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 4% to 14% at 0.05-1.0 mg / kg. Conclusion The method is accurate, less impurity interference, time-saving and labor-saving, simple and convenient for determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.
