在市场竞争中,人才竞争日益激烈,企业间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争,没有高质量人才的企业是没有竞争力的企业,没有高素质人才的企业是没有前途的企业。如何推进和实施“人才强队”的战略。为江西省地矿局九一二大队提供人才保障,是摆在我们面前的一项重大的课题。根据《学习实践科学发展观活动的实施方案》的要求,我们进行深入的调研,就如何构筑江西省地矿局九一二大队人才战略高地提出了有益的对策及建议。
In the market competition, talent competition is increasingly fierce. The competition among enterprises is actually the competition of talents.
