社区矫正是一种不使罪犯与社会隔离并利用社区资源教育改造罪犯的方法,是所有在社区环境中管理教育罪犯方式的总称。本文作者直接参与了北京市社区矫正的基础理论研究与具体实践。文章介绍了北京市在社区矫正试点工作中的积极探索及存在的主要问题,就进一步推动北京市社区矫正工作,提出了对策建议。
Community correction is a way of not criminating criminals from society and using community resources to educate criminals. Community correction is the general term for all the ways in which educational offenders are managed in a community setting. The author directly participates in the research and practice of the basic theory of community correction in Beijing. This paper introduces the active exploration and the main problems in the pilot work of community correction in Beijing, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to further promote community correction in Beijing.
