台湾液晶面板商友达光电是在专利硝烟和市场竞争中成长起来的企业,从应诉方式、专利布局以及商业运作,值得大陆液晶面板企业学习和借鉴。纵观过去十几年整个液晶面板行业的专利诉讼以及反垄断调查,台湾企业一直在被告被查、举步维艰,同时也展示出顽强的生命力和坚定的凝聚力。中国内地面板企业的现状与十年前的台湾面板商十分相近,而这十年台湾面板商的境遇很可能会发生在中国内地面板企业的身上。中国内地企业只有学习前人的经验教训,经历国际诉讼和市场竞争的历练,才能熟练地运用国际法律和商业规则,也能将悬在头上的“达摩克利斯之剑”挥舞起来,为己所用。
