1 Overview China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR), with the thermal power of 65 MW, experimental electrical power of 20 MW, and UO2 as first loading fuel, adopts a pool-type reactor structure and a sodium-sodium-water 3-loop design for heat removal system; it independently launched, for the first time, a passive accident heat removal system.
