在胡椒生产中,由于胡椒终年挂花,分散养分,不利于主花期营养的集中供应。为了妥善处理营养生长与生殖生长的矛盾,也方便抚管及收获,过去一直习惯用于工摘花的方法,将非留花期的花穗摘除,然而,这种方法既花工、成本高、又易误农时。为了解决生产上的这个难题,从而达到提高工效,降低生产成本,提高脱花效果,增加经济效益,故设置这个脱花试验。
