目的:分析研究细叶黄皮植物挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从细叶黄皮各器官中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油化学成分进行分析。结果:细叶黄皮茎、根、叶、果实及花挥发油的共有化合物为4-甲氧基-6-(2-丙烯基)-1,3-苯并二恶茂,质量分数分别为32.89%,38.09%,28.97%,58.40%,100.00%。化合物的主要类型为芳香类、烯类、烷烃类及酸类。结论:研究了细叶黄皮各器官挥发油的化学成分,为合理开发和利用细叶黄皮资源提供了依据。
Objective: To analyze and study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the plant. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from various organs of the yellow cortex by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Results: The common compound of the stem, root, leaf, fruit and floral essential oil of the yellow leaf was 4-methoxy-6- (2-propenyl) -1,3-benzodioxole with the mass fraction of 32.89 %, 38.09%, 28.97%, 58.40%, 100.00%. The main types of compounds are aromatic, alkenes, alkanes and acids. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of the organs of the fine yellow cortex were studied, which provided the basis for the rational development and utilization of the resources of the ciliate.
