基于武汉市150位维吾尔族农民工的调查发现,由于未能熟练掌握汉语、文化程度偏低、缺乏职业培训、固有的文化差异以及部分市民的误解等原因,身处内地城市的维族农民工工作时间长,劳动保障水平不高,就业途径狭窄,社会交往少,缺乏归属感,情感孤独,生活质量不高,难以迅速融入内地城市生活。为此,应积极完善城市民族社会融合政策,管理与服务并举;提高维族农民工的文化水平,加强专业技能培训;增加民族间沟通与交流,消除双方偏见,以逐渐增强维族农民工在城市的生存发展能力,创造内地城市居民和维族农民工之间的相互信任的、具有包容性的环境,提升其城市生活质量。
Based on the survey of 150 Uyghur migrant workers in Wuhan City, it is found that because of the lack of proficiency in Chinese, low level of education, lack of vocational training, inherent cultural differences and the misunderstanding of some citizens, Uighur migrant workers living in the inland cities A long time, the level of labor security is not high, narrow employment channels, social contacts, lack of belonging, emotional loneliness, quality of life is not high, it is difficult to quickly integrate into the urban life in the Mainland. To this end, we should actively improve urban ethnic integration policies, management and services simultaneously; improve Uyghur rural migrant workers’ cultural level and strengthen professional skills training; increase inter-ethnic communication and exchange and eliminate biases of both sides so as to gradually increase the number of Uighur migrant workers in cities Survival and development capabilities to create mutual trust between the urban inhabitants of the Mainland and Uighur migrant workers in an inclusive environment and enhance the quality of urban life.
