东北玉米骨干自交系在诱导愈伤组织和植株再生中,基因型差异非常显著。自交系7922最高愈伤诱导率达89.1%,芽苗率为66.4%;而最低的921诱导率仅有18.9%,芽苗率为0。再生途径主要有两种:7922主要以体胚发生途径为主,4122、8902主要以器官发生途径为主。2熏4-D是体胚诱导不可缺少的植物生长激素,适当的细胞分裂素能促进诱导4112、8902不定芽的产生。而且,再生途径并不是一成不变的,在一定条件下可以相互转变。
Inbred lines of maize in northeast China showed significant genotype differences in callus induction and plant regeneration. The inbred line 7922 had the highest callus induction rate of 89.1% and the sprouting rate of 66.4%. However, the lowest induction rate of 921 was only 18.9% and the sprouting rate was 0. There are two main regeneration pathways: 7922 mainly in the somatic pathways, 4122,8902 mainly organ pathways. 2 smoked 4-D is indispensable to somatic embryogenesis of plant growth hormone, the appropriate cytokinin can promote the induction of 4112,8902 adventitious buds. Moreover, the path of reproduction is not immutable, under certain conditions can change each other.
