河北省是全国实施国库集中支付电子化管理首批试点省份。四年来,在财政部的统一领导下,河北省精心组织实施,取得了预期效果,既为全国实施支付电子化管理积累了经验,也为河北省各级财政提升国库管理水平提供了强有力的技术支撑。(一)跨部门沟通配合,形成紧密互动、良性高效的协作关系。由于这项工作涉及建设方众多,只有建立顺畅的沟通渠道,才能降低成本,加速实施进程。
Hebei Province is the first batch of pilot provinces in implementing treasury centralized payment electronic management nationwide. Over the past four years, under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Finance, Hebei Province has meticulously organized the implementation of the project and achieved the desired result. It not only accumulated experience in the implementation of payment-electronic management throughout the country, but also provided a powerful force for treasury management at all levels of finance in Hebei Province Technical Support. (A) inter-departmental communication and cooperation, the formation of close interaction, good and efficient collaboration. Since this work involves many construction parties, only by establishing a smooth communication channel can we lower costs and speed up the implementation process.
