在3具新鲜时灌注红色乳胶的标本上观察了髂骨翼骨膜血供的来源和分布规律;测量了100侧成人干燥髂骨的有关部分。髂骨骨膜的血供虽是多源性的,但以旋髂深动、静脉作为吻接血管蒂,可以获得髂窝处约40×90mm的骨膜。应用时还可以切取部分髂嵴骨质制成骨膜骨瓣。
The origin and distribution of iliac perimembranous blood supply were observed on three specimens freshly infused with red latex. The relevant parts of 100 adult adult iliac arteries were measured. Although the iliac periosteum blood supply is multi-source, but the deep iliac iliac artery and vein as the kiss of the vascular pedicle, you can get about 40 × 90mm periosteum at the iliac fossa. Application can also cut part of iliac crest bone made of periosteal flap.
