在总结理论与试验研究成果的基础上,提出考虑主次结构协同工作的钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震计算分析实用方法,重点分析如何在计算中考虑现浇梁板以及填充墙与主体框架的协同工作性能。以一幢现浇框架结构近代建筑为例,分析考虑主次结构协同工作对既有建筑抗震性能评估的影响。实例分析表明:考虑现浇梁板及填充墙与主体框架的协同工作性能后,充分挖掘了既有结构的刚度与强度潜力,计算的结构刚度明显增大,位移反应明显减小,抗震承载力明显提高,得到的安全性与抗震性能评估结论更加合理并符合实际。
Based on the conclusion of theoretical and experimental research, a practical method for seismic analysis and calculation of RC frame structure with primary and secondary structures is put forward, and the analysis of how to consider the co-operation of cast-in-situ beams, infilled walls and main frame . Taking a modern framework with cast-in-place frame as an example, the influence of primary and secondary structural coordination on the seismic performance evaluation of existing buildings is analyzed. The case study shows that the stiffness and strength potential of the existing structure are fully tapped after considering the cooperative performance between cast-in-situ beams and infill walls and the main frame. The calculated structural rigidity increases obviously, the displacement response decreases obviously, and the seismic capacity Obviously improve, get the safety and seismic performance evaluation conclusion is more reasonable and in fact.
