围产保健是妇幼保健工作的主要内容,也是优生优育工作的一个重要环节。认真抓好围产保健工作,提高管理水平和保健质量,是妇幼保健工作中具有深远意义的重要任务。近几年来,我国围产保健工作有了很大的发展,许多城市开展了围产保健工作并取得了显著的成绩。据1986年统计,全国孕产妇死亡率已由解放前的150/万下降到5/万左右,全国城市孕产妇死亡率平均在3～4/万,围产儿死亡率平均在15‰左右。但是,同世界先进国家比较,我国围产保健工作在许多方面还有待改进和提高。为了推动我国围产保健事业的发展,必须根据我国实际情况制定最合理、最正确、最有效的工作
