马钢500/300轧钢加热炉为三段连续式燃油加热炉,1981年曾对此炉作过热平衡测定,其热效率为34.63%,燃耗为0.595×10~6kcal/t坯,排烟温度为700℃,出炉烟气带走的热量占总耗热量的32.97%。 为了提高该炉的热效率和降低燃料消耗,根据公司重点节能改造规划,于1981年设计了一套空气预热器和余热锅炉的余热回收装置(图1)。该装置中预热空气送加热炉作助燃风。余热锅炉生产的蒸汽并入厂区管网。
