中国民权保障同盟是我国第二次革命战争时期为争取人民民主自由权利而建立的一个革命团体,由宋庆龄、蔡元培担任正、副主席,杨杏佛任总干事。这个组织从酝酿筹备到被迫停止活动,虽然历时不到一年,但它在我国现代史上写下了光辉的篇章,在国内外都产生过重大的政治影响。鲁迅先生很早就参加民权保障同盟并担任领导职务,抱着不屈不挠的革命精神,始终参与同盟的正义斗争,成为宋庆龄主席的亲密战友,贡献巨大。
