洛赛克(Losec)是瑞典阿斯特拉(Astra)公司生产的一种治疗消化性溃疡的药物,它能有效的抑制胃酸又称质子泵抑制剂,治疗胃十二指肠溃疡,反流性食管炎,上消化道出血等。我院于1990年开始应用洛赛克治疗溃疡病,在应用过程中发现对慢性浅表性胃炎有很好的治疗效果。1 病例选择 40例病人均为慢性浅表性胃炎,其中门诊病人18例住院病人22例,年龄24-40岁其中男32例女8例,男患居多。主要症状为空腹胃区不适有时疼痛进食后好转,有烧心,反酸,胃区灼热感,经胃镜证实为慢性表浅性胃炎,部份病人胃镜所见胃粘膜冲血水肿,粘膜糜烂,有出血点。
