本文研究了铝合全电极在AlCl_3和NH_4Cl电解液中的阳极行为,探讨了电解液的pH、浓度以及缓蚀剂对电极的阳极极化行为、腐蚀行为的影响。氯离子能够活化铝电极,使之保持电极电势较负的特性,氯离子对铝电极的腐蚀可借调整电解液的pH、浓度以及添加缓蚀剂(NH_4)_2CrO_4等来加以抑制。添加(NH_4)_2CO_4的氯化物电解液中,铝合金阳极的电极效率可达86%。
In this paper, the anodic behavior of aluminum all-electrode in AlCl_3 and NH_4Cl electrolyte was studied. The effects of pH and concentration of electrolyte on the anodic polarization and corrosion behavior of the electrode were investigated. Chloride ion activates the aluminum electrode to keep the electrode potential more negative. The corrosion of the aluminum electrode by the chloride ion can be suppressed by adjusting the pH and concentration of the electrolyte and adding the corrosion inhibitor (NH 4) 2 CrO 4. Adding (NH_4) _2CO_4 chloride electrolyte, the anode of aluminum alloy electrode efficiency up to 86%.
