目的 :探讨中药糖克丸的降糖机理。方法 :手术切除胰腺法制备糖尿病实验犬模型。糖克丸为纯中药制剂。血糖测定用微量血糖测试仪。血清胰岛素水平和C肽测定均为实验室常规方法。结果 :胰腺完全切除组与大部切除组的犬血清胰岛素均降至敏感值以下 ,实验组用糖克丸灌喂后可使胰岛素水平恢复至 5 .9~ 9.19μIU/ml,血清C肽不随胰岛素的升高而升高 ,反而有降低趋势。结论 :糖克丸在ATP的辅助下 ,有可能促使外分泌腺和 /或导管细胞转分化成胰岛素表达的 β细胞。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of hypoglycemic of Tang Ke Ke Pill. Methods: The model of diabetic canine was prepared by surgical removal of pancreas. Sugar Ke Pill is a pure Chinese medicine preparation. A blood glucose meter is used for blood glucose measurement. Serum insulin levels and C-peptide determinations are routine laboratory methods. RESULTS: Canine serum insulin in the complete pancreas resection group and the subtotal resection group were reduced below the sensitivity value. In the experimental group, the insulin level was restored to 5. 9 to 9.19 uIU/ml after instillation of Tang Ke Pill. Serum C peptide did not follow The rise in insulin rises, but there is a downward trend. Conclusion : Sugar Ke pills, with the help of ATP, may promote the transdifferentiation of exocrine and/or ductal cells into insulin-expressing beta cells.
