本文介绍了消络痛片中7—羟基香豆素含量的薄层扫描测定法,经精密度试验,变异系数2.51％;纯品回收试验,回收率101.74％,变异系数2.31％,并用该法测定了五批样品,对控制消络痛的内在质量有一定意义。
This article describes a thin-layer scanning assay for the determination of 7-hydroxycoumarin content in Xiaoluotong tablets. The precision test shows a coefficient of variation of 2.51%. Pure product recovery tests have a recovery rate of 101.74% and a coefficient of variation of 2.31%. The determination of five batches of samples has a certain significance for controlling the intrinsic quality of detoxification.
