一、传统教学方式的弊端(一)内容枯燥无趣虽然跨国公司管理课程中没有太多高深的理论,但多数情况下,如果仅靠教师通过语言对相关知识进行讲述,而不辅以案例,有些时候则难以使学生在短时间内领悟某些知识点。如在讲战略管理的时候,战略管理是很抽象的东西学生经常想象不出来哪一种管理才是战略管理,怎么做才能做好战略管理。退一步讲,即便是逻辑再清楚,如果没有案例支撑,也会使课程内容显得较为枯燥,难以引人入胜。尤其是对于部分学习积极性不高的同学来说,听课几乎成为一种负担,此时如果没有严格的考勤纪律约束,少数学生可能会选择逃课。
