前不久,省委书记钱运录在国有大中型企业调研时强调,要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻十六大精神,大力推进企业改革和发展,坚持走新型工业化道路,做大做强优势产业、优势企业和优势产品,提高工业经济竞争力。如何解放思想,开拓创新,大力调整和优化工业结构,是走新型工业化道路,努力推进我省工业化进程,进一步开创富民兴黔事业新局面的关键。今年一季度,我省规模以上工业完成增加值65.7亿元,比上年同期增长12.2%,增速比上年同期加快1.3个百分点。国有及国有控股企业完成增加值46.4亿元,增长8.2%,同比加快1.6个百分点;集体及其他经济成份工业生产发展较快,完成增加值19.3亿元,增长20.9%。一季度中,轻工业生产速度加快,完成增加值19.4亿元,增速为13.3%,比上年同期提高8个百分点。重工业完成增加值46.3亿元,增长11.7%,同比下降1.6个百分点。规模以上工业完成销售产值193.9亿元,比上年同期增长20%,不销率为100.3%,比上年同期提高4.5个百分点。规模以上工业新产品产值达11.6亿元,比上年同期增长30.4%。工业生产继续在高位上运行,生产实现了较好增长。工业经济良好的发展势头,为我省走新型工业化道路,大力推进工业化进程打下坚实的基础。但从一季度我省工业经济运行情况看,工业产品产销衔接状况不稳定的问题还较突出。如不有效解决,势必影响我省的工业化进程。

In the first quarter of this year, the added value of industries above designated size in our province reached 6.57 billion yuan, an increase of 12.2% over the same period of last year, and the growth rate was 1.3 percentage points higher than the same period of last year. The value-added of state-owned and state-controlled enterprises was 4.64 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2%, 1.6 percentage points higher than the same period of last year; industrial production of collectives and other economic components was developing rapidly, and the added value was 1.93 billion yuan, an increase of 20.9%. In the first quarter, the production rate of light industry accelerated, and the added value was 1.94 billion yuan, a growth rate of 13.3%, which was an increase of 8 percentage points over the same period of last year. Heavy industry achieved an added value of 4.63 billion yuan, an increase of 11.7%, a year-on-year decrease of 1.6 percentage points. The industrial output value of industrial enterprises above designated size was 19.39 billion yuan, an increase of 20% over the same period of the previous year, and the non-sales ratio was 100.3%, an increase of 4.5 percentage points over the same period of the previous year. The output value of new industrial products above designated size reached 1.16 billion yuan, an increase of 30.4% over the same period of the previous year. Industrial production continued to operate at high levels, and production achieved better growth. The good development momentum of the industrial economy has laid a solid foundation for our province to take a new road to industrialization and vigorously promote the industrialization process. However, from the first quarter of the industrial economy in our province, the connection between the production and sales of industrial products is not stable. If it is not effectively solved, it will inevitably affect the industrialization process in our province.
