2015年4月1日至9日,应南非西开普省帆船协会邀请,青岛市体育局、市教育局组织优秀青少年帆船运动员代表赴南非开普敦市福尔斯湾参加西开普省帆船锦标赛及交流活动。本次比赛由西开普省帆船协会主办,福尔斯湾游艇俱乐部承办,为场地群发赛,竞赛海域比邻著名的航海地标好望角,常年具有强劲的风力。比赛共设有OP级在内的11个级别的比赛,全部为公开级(不分男女项目),共有104条船、140余名运动员报名参赛,参赛者中最大年龄75岁,最小年龄9岁。青岛参加此次对外交流的5名青少年运动员均是从各个区市和市直帆船特
From April 1 to 9, 2015, at the invitation of the Sailing Association of Western Cape Province, Qingdao Municipal Sports Bureau and Municipal Education Bureau organized a delegation of outstanding young sailors to participate in the Sailing in Western Cape in Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa Championships and exchange events.
