病毒唑(Virazol)又名三氮唑核苷(Ribavirin),化学名1—β—D呋喃核糖—1,2,4-三氮唑-氨甲酰,分子式C_8H_(12)N_4O_5,分子量244.2。是一种新合成的抗病毒药,溶于水,化学性质稳定,制剂无色透明。近年来,大量实验和临床研究证明,该药具有广谱抗RNA和DNA病毒的作用,对人类正粘病毒,副粘病毒,披盖病毒、沙粒病毒,布尼亚病毒、疱疹病毒等有良好作用,不产生耐药性。本文对该药的研究进展作一综述。
