慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD) 是以气流受限为特征 , 不能完全逆转的疾病状态 , 气流阻塞呈进行性发展 [1]. COPD患者在急性发作期过后 , 临床症状虽有所缓解 , 但其肺功能仍在继续恶化 , 并且由于自身防御和免疫功能的降低以及外界各种有害因素的影响 , 经常反复发作 , 逐渐产生各种心肺并发症 . COPD的康复治疗近年来越来越受到人们的重视 , 人们已不局限和满足于急性加重期的抢救 , 而是通过全面的康复医疗措施 , 使患者症状改善 , 呼吸运动效率增加 , 生活自理能力加强 , 生存质量提高 .
