对吉林市郊秋白菜冬贮期硝酸盐含量变化,进行了动态研究,结果表明贮存一个月后,硝酸盐含量大为降低,可达食用标准,并对食用对策进行了探讨。
The change of nitrate content in winter storage of autumn cabbage in Jilin suburbs was studied. The results showed that the content of nitrate decreased greatly after one month of storage, reached the edible standard, and the edible measures were discussed.
