本文较为全面地回顾总结了顺德市１９８３～１９９２年开展孕产妇系统管理的做法和体会。说明了孕产妇系统管理是提高孕产期质量、降低孕产妇死亡率、提高围产儿生存率的有效措施。为进一步深化妇幼保健工作，贯彻计划生育国策，提高民族健康素质提供了有益的启示。
This article reviews and summarizes the practice and experience of maternity system management in Shunde from 1983 to 1992. It shows that maternal system management is an effective measure to improve the quality of maternity period, reduce the maternal mortality rate and improve the perinatal survival rate. It provides useful enlightenment for further deepening maternal and child health care work, implementing the national policy of family planning and raising the national health quality.
