随着经济的快速增长,一定程度上也促进了民族地区教育发展,也培养出更多的民族学生为地方经济和建设服务,取得了较为突出的成绩。随着高等教育的大众普及,接受高等教育的民族大学生也日益增多。调查结果表明,我院民族大学生思想道德状况的主流是积极、健康、向上的,但少数学生中存在的一些不健康的现象不容忽视。对于如何做好民族大学生的教育管理,提高民族大学生的思想道德水平已成为高校学生管理工作中亟待解决的重要问题。
With the rapid economic growth, to a certain extent, it also promoted the educational development in minority areas and also trained more ethnic students to serve local economy and construction and achieved relatively outstanding achievements. With the popularization of higher education, there are more and more national college students receiving higher education. The survey results show that the mainstream of ideological and ethical conditions in our college students is positive, healthy and progressive, but some unhealthy phenomena among the minority students can not be ignored. How to improve the education and management of college students and how to improve their ideological and ethical standards have become important problems to be solved urgently in the management of college students.
