九月,某惯性仪表制造厂的一个大会议室。在座的30余人中只有两位长者,一位是人事处的张处长,一位是搞了几十年制造技术的老研究员,人们都称他王老师,其余则是一水儿的年轻人。这些都是今年才分配来厂的应届毕业生,他们中有硕士生、大学本科生,也有几位专科毕业生,所以看起来很是生气勃勃。
September, a large inertial instrument manufacturing plant in a conference room. There are only two of the more than 30 people here. One is Director Zhang of the Personnel Department. The other is an old researcher who has engaged in manufacturing technology for decades. Everyone calls him Wang, and the rest is a young man people. All of these are fresh graduates assigned to factories this year. Among them are master degree students, undergraduates, and some junior college graduates, so it looks very dynamic.
