目的掌握江阴市病媒生物种群密度、消长规律,为控制病媒提供科学依据。方法采用夹夜法监测鼠密度,诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度,笼诱法监测蝇密度,粘捕法监测蟑螂密度。结果平均鼠密度为0.05%,优势种为褐家鼠;平均蚊密度为0.80只/(台·h),优势种为淡色库蚊;平均蝇密度为1.46只/笼,优势种为市蝇;平均蟑螂密度为1.37只/100张,优势种为德国小蠊。结论 4种病媒生物密度仍处于低水平,地方优势种群无变化,控制其密度应开展卫生宣传,采取以环境治理为主的综合性防治措施。
Objective To master the density, growth and decline pattern of vector organisms in Jiangyin City and provide scientific basis for vector control. Methods The rat density was monitored by the method of catgut nocturnal night, the density of adult mosquitoes was monitored by mosquito lamp method, the density of flies was monitored by cage induction method, and the density of cockroaches was monitored by stick catching method. Results The average rodent density was 0.05%, and the dominant species was Rattus norvegicus. The average mosquito density was 0.80 / (Taiwan · h) and the dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens. The average fly density was 1.46 / cage, The average density of cockroaches was 1.37 / 100, the dominant species was German cockroach. Conclusion The density of four vectors is still at a low level and there is no change in the dominant species in the area. To control the density of the four vectors, health promotion should be carried out and comprehensive prevention and control measures based on environmental management should be taken.
