主要是分析微生物在检验过程中,有关疾病感染控制的应用价值。方法:本文选用了我医院在2014年1月~2015年12月期间280位被微生物感染的患者,将这些患者随机分成对照组和实验组,每一组都有140例。在进行治疗期间,对试验组患者进行的是微生物检验,而对照组不再进行微生物检验,之后对这两组的治疗情况进行记录。结果:对于利用微生物进行检验的实验组来说,通过实验并结合药物治疗,患者的感染情况得到控制的效果比对照组要明显,其差异具有一定的统计学意义(p<0.05)。而且实验组中的患者感染情况明显低于对照组的,也是具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用微生物检验能够很好的控制感染问题,提高临床治疗的效率,从而减少感染情况。
Mainly to analyze the application of micro-organisms in the testing process, the control of disease infection. Methods: This study selected 280 patients infected with microorganisms from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital. These patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 140 cases in each group. During the course of the treatment, the patients in the test group were subjected to a microbiological test while the control group was no longer subjected to the microbiological test, after which the treatment of both groups was recorded. Results: For the experimental group that used the microorganism to test, the effect of controlling the patient’s infection was obvious compared with that of the control group through experiments and drug treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Moreover, the infection rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of microbial tests can be very good control of infection, improve the efficiency of clinical treatment, thereby reducing the infection.
