1 临床资料 男,54岁.患者于1989年2月起鼻衄,偶尔排出带有臭味的坏死组织,且咳嗽,痰中带血丝。鼻腔内活检报告为韦格内氏肉芽肿于1989年8月23日住院。住院期间曾出现结膜充血,双膝及双踝关节肿痛,左足外踝部并有红斑出现。胸片提示肺内有结节状阴影。SGPT 153U,血沉160mm/h,脲氮9.6mmol/L,肌酐177μmol/L,诊断为韦格内肉芽肿并给予口服环磷酰胺100mg/d、泼尼松30mg/d。1周后鼻衄及咯
1 clinical data Male, 54 years old patients in February 1989 from the epistaxis, and occasionally discharge of stinky necrotic tissue, and cough, bloody sputum. Nasal biopsy was reported as Wegener’s granulomatosis on August 23, 1989. Conjunctival hyperemia occurred during hospitalization, knees and bilateral ankle joint swelling and pain, left lateral malleolus and there erythema.
