79年以来,从武夷山等地采集土样403份,用多种方法分离2232个放线菌株,从中筛选出田间防治小麦赤霉病效果达50%以上的13个菌株,其中1465菌株盆栽防治效果达87.18%、田间防效达91.30%,与1000倍的多菌灵相近。试验结果认为,采用“护颖法”初筛、“离体麦穗法”复筛、盆栽(或田间)植株三筛,再经大田小区试验,这一筛选模式既可在较短的时间内对大量菌株进行筛选,又能较好地防止具有内吸渗透性能的菌株漏筛,还能在初筛阶段观察对颖壳是否产生药害等。
In the past 79 years, 403 soil samples were collected from Wuyishan and other places. A total of 2232 actinomycetes strains were isolated by various methods.
