中央国家机关财会干部基础理论知识培训班结业典礼于1984年11月在全国政协礼堂举行.这个培训班开设了政治经济学、会计原理、国家预算和行政事业财务、预算会计、财经应用文等课程.学员2,000多人,经过两年多的学习,分大、中专两种程度考核,77%的学员领取了结业证书,22%的学员领取了单科合格证.会上向50多名优良学员颁发了奖品、奖状.国务院机关事务管理局财务司司长张同辉在结业典礼上讲了话.
The graduation ceremony of the training course for basic theoretical knowledge of accounting cadres of the central state organs was held in the auditorium of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in November 1984. This course offers courses in political economy, accounting principles, finance for the state budget and administration, budgeting accounting, and finance application. More than 2,000 students, after more than two years of study, sub-large, secondary two levels of assessment, 77% of students received a certificate of completion, 22% of students received a single certificate. At the meeting to more than 50 excellent students Prizes and awards were given by Zhang Tonghui, director of the finance department of the State Council’s Office of Government Affairs, at the graduation ceremony.
