制备了智能膨胀材料RT-1和RT-2,对比了其与高吸油性树脂(GS)和吸油性橡胶(GX)的吸油率、吸油速率以及体积膨胀倍数,并对其热稳定性以及相应的水泥浆工程性能进行了研究。结果表明:智能膨胀材料RT-2的综合性能较好,对煤油的饱和吸油率为10.8g/g、吸油速率为1.1g/(g.h)、体积膨胀倍数为11.4、热分解温度为368℃。当RT-2掺量达到10%(BWOC),降滤失剂(KW-4)掺量为2%,减阻剂(USZ)掺量为2‰时,水泥石在80℃油浴中养护1d时的体积膨胀率为2.5%,抗压强度为11.3MPa,在80℃×7MPa下30min的失水量为34mL,在80℃×21MPa下的稠化时间为94min,满足封闭油气窜流通道、提高水泥环胶结质量的基本性能要求。
