在纵向上进行比较,康乾时期是中国封建社会发展的最高峰,是中国封建社会发展的终极时期,被誉为康乾盛世。在横向上进行比较,康乾时期与当时的国际社会走向则呈现出不同的趋势,其实行的社会政策同国际社会之间是不合拍的,特别是其中的某些政策甚至是相背离的。这些政策的实施为中国谋求强盛的长期发展目标,产生了比较大的消极影响,埋下了危险的种子。
In the longitudinal comparison, Kangqian period is the peak of the development of feudal society in China, is the ultimate period for the development of Chinese feudal society, known as the Kangxi and the Heyday. In the horizontal comparison, the trends of the Kang-Kang period and those of the international community at the time showed different trends. The social policies they implemented were out of step with the international community. In particular, some of them even departed from others. The implementation of these policies has given China a strong long-term goal of development, had a relatively large negative impact and laid down dangerous seeds.
