华尔街的金融海啸所引发的经济危机,正迅速波及美国各行各业的各个层面,高等教育界当然也不能幸免。随着2009年春季学期的开始,媒体对各个高校学费增长、财政支出紧缩的报道越来越多,关于“经济阴影下”、“金融危机中”高等教育的发展前景和应对策略的讨论也层出不穷。目前看来,大多数大专院校的正常运作并没有受到致命的威胁,但经济危机对高等教育的影响是肯定的。那么,汉语教学作为高校的一个学术领域,有没有受到影响?如果有,这些影响的程度如何?应该如何应对?都是我们关心的问题。
