吉林省属经济欠发达省份,基础设施陈旧落后,严重地制约了经济建设和人民生活水平的提高。国家实施积极的财政政策,加大投入,这对于象吉林这样经济欠发达的省份来说,是加强基础设施建设、促进经济增长的极好机遇。我们在落实国债资金项目、加强基础设施建设方面有以下一些经验。
Jilin Province, an economically underdeveloped province, has outdated infrastructures and has seriously hampered economic construction and people’s living standards. The implementation of a proactive fiscal policy by the state and increased investment are excellent opportunities for economically underdeveloped provinces such as Jilin to strengthen infrastructure construction and promote economic growth. We have the following experience in implementing treasury bond funds projects and strengthening infrastructure construction.
