随着知识经济的到来,高职院校对学校的管理工作越来越重视。在各项工作之中,高职院校的档案管理工作是重中之重。在这其中,档案管理工作一直是学校管理建设中的一项非常重要的工作。学生的档案管理做得好,不仅可以更好的为学校师生服务,还可以有效提高学校档案管理工作的网络化、秩序化和信息化,可以有效促进学校管理工作的快速发展。笔者对目前我国各高职院校在档案管理工作的现状和存在的一些问题,就如何提高和改善档案管理中存在的问题和有效提高管理水平浅谈了一些自己的看法,以期可以更好的促进我国高职院校档案的管理工作。
