近年来,公诉环节被害人涉诉信访案件有逐年上升的态势,对我们的公诉工作提出了更高的要求,逐渐成为公诉工作的焦点、难点,以往的就案办案的工作方式已不能适应新形势的发展,拓展工作思路,完善群众工作已是公诉工作中不容忽视的问题。本文结合工作中切身体会,谈谈对公诉环节息诉罢访的看法和建议。
