根据石田守雄、李振国等关于接触刺激能够增加植物体内乙烯成份的有关理论,以一年生落叶松播种苗为试验材料,经三年的研究结果表明:在苗木硬化期,用扫帚扫拨床面苗木的方法对苗木进行连续两周、每天一次的接触刺激,能使轻度、极度贪青的苗木得到较理想的抑制效果,有利于苗木的木质化。它为育苗生产提供了一种控制苗木徒长和提高木质化的简便易行且有效的新的技术措施。
